The First Contact Tab

When you create a new Lead Tracking Record in the First Contact tab you can enter basic information about your lead and the individuals associated with that Lead. e.g members of the household etc.

The time and date the lead was created was automatically generated along with who created the Lead record. You can then assign the Lead to any individual on your staff and keep a reocrd of the Lead’s status.

The Discovery Questions Tab

In the Discovery tab you can record the Lead’s answers to several “Discovery Questions” (originally based on the consultant Kyle Hunt’s Discovery Questions worksheet, see Remodeling Magazine: First Impressions | Remodeling)

The About Their Project Tab

In the About Their Project tab you can record the information that categorizes what kind of project they have contacted you about.
